Updates currently handled by going into the DB and updating the status of instances listed manually.

This process needs to be automated to check regularly with trusted sources to ensure the data is kept up to date.

The methodology has been added, so the final task is to cron it so runs on its own.

Also should add error checking so the process doesn't stop when a source is unreachable.
