Make a portable back up solution where people can easily make a zip containting all of their site configuration and content data that can be downloaded as well as being able to upload said zip files to restore their sites

  • Back up zip should contain config files, markdown pages and all static files in public directory.
  • Download link will be displayed in dash settings as well date of latest backup
  • Backup zips can be uploaded and restored.

The base functionality is in, so now I just need to clean it up, prep it to move the release branch and then add it to the docs.
