color contrast tweak

secondary highlight color contrast was a bit weak against the primary
color, so that was cleaned up so it pops a bit more

role was being used incorrectly for icon styling, so that has been

Color Adjustments
...
The colors just needed to be tweaked a bit for the sake on better
contrast and readability.
Still some trouble spots but will adjust as needed

added page listing template, fixed sub menu items
...
moved the page listing template over and made all of the apropriate
changes so the CSS lines up as it should
there was also a minor issue that was keeping the sub menu for the start
pages from displaying so that was fixed
